One of my national clients, KBS hired me for a multiple-day shoot of their Offices at Greenhouse property in Houston, Texas. Not too much to describe here, these real-estate shoots are relatively straightforward. These are a couple aerials of the building and its surroundings.
On the ground, it was a matter of capturing particular views and angles to best market for future tenants.
There aren’t many real estate developers that desire people in their marketing imagery, which is why companies who do, such as KBS, typically seek out architectural photographers to capture their properties versus the protypical real-estate photographer.
In addition to common areas, I ventured into tenant spaces to capture lobby, break, and office areas I deemed most photo-worthy.
