Downtown Raleigh

Spring fever I think has bit me with the photography bug. So with spring in full bloom I felt inspired to get off my rear and do some photography around downtown Raleigh. Some of it was revisiting familiar subject matter (like the spiral staircase), but others was shooting new architecture and urban scenes I hadn’t approached before. After ten years of living here, Raleigh almost has a skyline. Note – almost. If I ever find a shot that covers downtown that isn’t off of the Boylan Street Bridge, Wilmington Ave, or Western Blvd. I’m going to be rich, rich, rich. I spent a couple hours just around the convention center and the RBC Plaza, which really…I appreciate more as a photographer than anything else.
